Wedding banquets are served buffet style. Family style is available for an additional $2.00 per person or plated for $3.00 per person. Water, coffee, tea, and iced tea are included. Soft drinks are available for $3.00 each. Fruit punch and lemonade are available for $1.50 each. 30 person minimum for weddings, please.

 

Food pricing is determined by your choice of entrees. All entrees will include your choice of one starter, your choice of three sides, and dinner rolls with butter.

Late Night Snacks

Late night snacks can be ordered at the time of booking or during your menu creation. Late Night Snacks are chosen from and charged according to the above list of “Add Ons”. Late night snacks are served 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of your event.

Cake Cutting and Dessert

Vinny’s provides a free cake cutting service. This includes cutting the cake, plates, napkins, boxing up leftovers, and bussing tables.

All leftover food and desserts will be packaged and returned to the couple or family at the end of the event.

 

Alcohol

A champagne toast for the bridal party is included in every wedding package. Non-alcoholic toasts are available.

 

Bar service is $20 an hour per bartender. Bar service includes bartenders, mixers, limes, lemons, olives, cherries, sweet vermouth, and dry vermouth. No shooters will be served. You may choose to provide a cash bar or choose from one of our open bar packages:

Top Shelf Package $18.00 per person

 

Please ask your event coordinator for a full list of alcohols included in each package.

 

Parties of 75 or more people who utilize one of our open bar alcohol packages are required to have security. Vinny’s will arrange for a Trumbull County Sheriff to be present at your event for a cost of $40.00 per hour. Unruly or belligerent guests may be asked to leave. Vinny’s of Newton Falls reserves the right to shut down alcohol service in the event of unruly or over indulgent guests.

 

Room Rental and Fees

We offer two different banquet spaces for rental. The Main Banquet Hall holds up to 300 people and is $250 for 4 hours. The Palm Room holds up to 80 people and is $75 for three hours. Additional time is available in each space for an additional fee of $1.00 per person per hour. Linen table cloths and paper napkins are provided. Linen napkins in your choice of color are available for a cost of $1.50 per person. Chair covers are available for a cost of $2.00 per person.

 

All wedding receptions require a deposit of $500.00 to secure the date. Security deposits and payments made on all functions are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final bill. All private events are subject to a 20% service charge, 6.75% sales tax, and the room rental fee. Gratuity is not included. A processing fee of 4% will be added to all credit card transactions. We encourage cash or checks.

 

General Information

A final guest count, menu selections, and linen colors must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your event. Contact information for your DJ must also be submitted at this time.

 

Outside alcohol is not permitted in the facility. This includes members of the bridal party. Law enforcement will prosecute perpetrators.

 

All decorations including table decorations, centerpieces, chair covers, cookie and dessert drop-offs, etc. are permitted anytime after 9:00 AM on the day of the scheduled event or between 10:00 am–12:00 pm the day prior if there is not a banquet scheduled. Drop off times must be arranged with the event coordinator.

 

We do not allow lit candles. Nothing is to be taped or attached to the ceiling, walls, mirrors, carpet, or dance floor. Glitter, rice, and confetti are not permitted. The couple is responsible for any damage incurred to the facility during their event, as well as the conduct of their guests.

 

Prices are subject to change annually due to fluctuating food costs.
