Brunch banquets are served buffet style. Water, coffee, tea, and orange juice are included. Soft drinks are available for $3.00 each. Fruit punch and lemonade are available for $1.50 each. 30 person minimum for brunch banquets, please.

Alcohol
Bar service is $20 an hour per bartender. Bar service includes mixers, limes, lemons, olives, cherries, sweet vermouth, and dry vermouth. No shooters will be served. You may choose to provide a cash bar or choose from one of our open bar packages:

Parties of 75 or more people who utilize one of our alcohol packages are required to have security. Vinny’s will arrange for a Trumbull County Sheriff to be present at your event for a cost of $40.00 per hour. Unruly or belligerent guests may be asked to leave. Vinny’s of Newton Falls reserves the right to shut down alcohol service in the event of unruly or over indulgent guests.
Room Rental and Fees
We offer two banquet spaces for rental. The Main Banquet Hall holds up to 300 people and is $250 for 4 hours. The Palm Room holds up to 80 people and is $75 for three hours. Additional time is available in each space for an additional fee of $1.00 per person per hour. Linen table cloths and paper napkins are provided. Linen napkins in your choice of color are available for a cost of $1.50 per person. Chair covers are available for a cost of $2.00 per person.
All private events are subject to a 20% service charge, 6.75% sales tax, and the room rental fee. The room rental fee will act as a security deposit due at the time of booking. Security deposits and payments made on all functions are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final bill. Gratuity is not included. A processing fee of 4% will be added to all credit card transactions. We encourage cash or checks.
A final guest count must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your event. All menu and linen selections must also be finalized at this time.
